Steven Van Zandt and The Rascals on Reteaming to Create Their ‘Definitive Bio-Concert’

June 24th, 2013 | By Broadway.com Staff

Get ready for some “good lovin’,” because the Rascals’ Once Upon a Dream tour is coming to Boston. The self-described “bio concert” will play the Boston Opera House from June 25 through June 29. A reunion tour that tells the story of the band as well as showcases their hit songs “Groovin’,” “People Got to Be Free” and “Beautiful Morning,” the show comes to Boston hot off of a successful Broadway engagement. We caught up with writer/director Steven Van Zandt and band members Eddie Brigati, Dino Danelli, Gene Cornish and Felix Cavaliere to talk about how they created this nostalgic night of music. Check out the video below to hear why the guys say this event is unlike anything their fans have seen before, then get your tickets to see them live!
